Our personal trainers work with you to develop a results-driven fitness program that helps you establish clear goals, develop a roadmap to success, and guide you to becoming the best you possible. They are encouraging and non-judgmental, and strive to make your sessions as enjoyable and fun as possible, every time.
Each of our trainers approaches health, strength training, and overall fitness from a unique perspective and skillset.
Several of our personal trainers compete professionally in Strongman and Strongwoman competitions as well. Other specialists hold degrees in kinesiology, physiotherapy, and other areas of sports medicine. You can learn more about the team here.

Your personal training session will vary in cost depending on the trainer you choose. However you can expect to pay somewhere between $40 to $80 for each 1-hour session.

It’s simple; wear the most comfortable clothes possible. The goal is to challenge yourself more than anything else – keep your clothes breathable, and you’ll probably want to wear shoes with a flat base for maximum stability.
